Overview

Hello! I’m thrilled to offer engaging tutoring sessions designed for middle school students in grades 6-8. My classes are crafted to deepen the understanding of essential biology topics, including cell biology, human body systems (if you are interested in Human Anatomy make sure to check out my other class!!), ecology, inheritance and variation, biodiversity and human impacts, and natural selections.

Each session starts with a warm up to figure out what the students know, followed by an informative slideshow that brings each topic to life. But it’s not all lectures – we’ll transition into interactive activities, like kahoot-style games, to make learning both fun and memorable. We’ll wrap up with a Q&A session, ensuring students leave with a solid grasp of the day’s material. And of course there will be light homework to make sure the material is well understood. I can’t wait to explore the wonders of biology with your student!
