Yoga 1 & 2
In these uncertain times, our Yoga class will provide a way to relax the body and mind through yoga exercises and short meditation sessions. This is a class that is friendly for all ages, incorporating both easy and challenging poses. By learning how to deal with stress early on, students will know themselves better and be able to manage stress more efficiently in the future.
Yoga 2 is for those with previous (basic) yoga experience or who took Level 1. We will take a deeper dive into flows and breath control. We introduce longer meditation sessions that allow students to learn how to stay healthy, physically and mentally.
We will begin each class with stretches and warm-ups, and by the end, you will find that your stress levels are reduced in this positive environment! Bring water, and a yoga mat in an open space to move around. Eat a light breakfast, bring a positive attitude, and try to keep your cameras on as much as possible.
