Wellness Through CraftsThe increasing pressure on adolescents has led to an increase in mental health diseases across the globe. In Wellness Circle, students will learn about mental health and wellness. Students will also participate in activities that serve to reduce their own stress and better overall well-being. This could include, for instance, the making of stress balls. Ultimately, students will develop the skills that facilitate a healthy lifestyle in which stress is balanced.
Many students in this day in age experience stress from school. This workshop provides students with engaging and fun ways to express themselves and relieve their stress through crafts. |
