Dance
Dance provides a way to relax the body and mind through movement. This is a class that is friendly for all ages, incorporating both easy and fun dances. We will begin each class with stretches and warm-ups, and by the end, you will find that your stress levels are reduced in this positive environment! Bring water and have an open space to move around. Eat a light breakfast, bring a positive attitude, some comfortable clothes and shoes, and try to keep your cameras on as much as possible!
